After you have send your order form, please wait for our email for your confirmed invoice to be send to you. This email will contain your item/s purchase, total amount and price/s for the item/s, any additional cost you have to top up like postage fees, shipping fees lastly your SHOPPINGpoints you have achieve and the overall for your points.
All payments should be made within 2 days time upon receiving our invoice for you, unless in any event there was some problem facing we will then give you an explanation or 2nd option for you. Failure to proceed with payment will result in cancellation of orders.

If you do not wish to provide this information, you can take a photo of the receipt if you have transfer unless you use i-Banking please provide us the information above.
After confirmation of your payments, we will process your order within 24 hours time. If you have purchase pre-order your item/s will be placed, once your product have arrived we will send them to your address provided.
Unless you have purchased instock item, we will process your order the next working day. If you opt your product to be post to your address please read "Postage" too or opt for meet up please read "Cash On Delivery" too.

We do meet up at Jurong Point or Boon Lay MRT currently at the moment and price is free but we do not meet up at other places nor for additional cost. Please contact us if you will be late for the meet up or something have happen in the event you are unable to meet up, please inform us at least 5 hour times.
You will be able to opt for our 3rd party services too meet you but you will have to pay them a some fees to Jurong--> to your meet up place. Due to some unseen problem they might not be able to meet up with you we will tell you if there are available to meet you.
The fees to provide them must be reasonable even we do not profit from them, we truly think that it must be able to profit it covering the cost of travel fee and their time.

We are not responsible for lost mail via normal postage. Registered mail with tracking number is highly recommended. Additional SGD3-$4 per first item Singpost charge applies. More than one item, contact us for more detail information for the fees.
There will be tracking number will only be given to those who have opt for registered mailing, a full support will be given to you.
